In order for a person to get married in Pakistan, he or she should be legally eligible to get married in this country. The legal eligibility is different in different provinces of the country. Below is the legal proof of marital eligibility in Pakistan, which a person should possess in order to get their marriage registered in Pakistan.
Age:
In order to get married in Pakistan or to conduct your court marriage in Pakistan, you should possess the age provided by the law. In KPK, Baluchistan, and Sindh, the age limit to get married is 18 years or above. In Punjab, the age limit is 16 years for females. If a female is 16 years old, she can get her marriage registered in Pakistan.
ID Card:
The ID card is the identity of a person. Anyone who wants to get married in Pakistan should have their ID card with them. You will not be issued a computerized marriage certificate if you don’t have an ID card. A copy of the ID card is attached while registering the marriage. In Punjab, if a female is 16 years old, then she should bring any document that reveals her identity and age. For example, she can bring her birth certificate, B form, NICOP card, matric certificate, etc. If she does not have any of these documents, then she can bring her passport-size picture, which will be verified by a witness.

If a foreigner wants to get married in Pakistan, then he has to bring his passport copy and a visa page copy.
